With a new president we have to caught up on understanding our right and how they may change. Breastfeeding in public is legal and protected by federal law. Most states gives women the right to nurse in public, but even if you’re in a state that doesn’t have such laws on the books, you still have every right to feed your baby.

Also, the health benefits of breastfeeding  was acknowledged by the ACA  and now provides two paramount provisions to encourage mothers to achieve their breastfeeding goals: (1) reasonable break time to express milk at work and (2) health insurance benefits to cover the costs associated with providing breast milk to infants, including coverage of breastfeeding education and breast pump.

You can breast feed, If you want. Know  your rights.
